We ensure compliance with current laws and regulations, check that the work is carried out in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with the project and contract, and guarantee continuous assistance on site, providing immediate responses to the contractor's requests and/or reservations and drawing up any necessary supplementary projects.

We provide consulting services for the design process, from the preliminary phase through to the creation of construction drawings. We study the project and propose technical solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved, ensuring that there is no imbalance between the technical requirements of the specialists and the aesthetic quality demanded by the architect. We also take care of preparing all the necessary documentation.

In the field of construction, with particular but not exclusive reference to the building sector, Erigo Pro is fully capable of acting as a general contractor for its clients, assuming full responsibility for the entire construction process and thus acting as the sole point of contact for the end customer.

For construction sites that are particularly complex in terms of size, logistics or specific requirements imposed by the work programme, we offer our clients a Site Management service, which involves a constant, full-time presence on site and on the project, dedicating one or more resources depending on the requirements expressed and the complexity of the context.
